FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of tinned food includes preparation of recipe components as follows. Potatoes, cucumbers and onions are diced and blanched; spring onions are cut and frozen; filleted herring and salted mushrooms are cut. Listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate, mustard, black bitter pepper and pyrolised wood CO2-extract, packed up with mayonnaise.
EFFECT: enables to produce new tinned food of improved digestibility.
