FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing snack canned food. The cans are manufactured by boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing lettuce, cutting shrimp meat and pickled cucumbers, freezing fresh green peas. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and calcium lactate. The obtained mix and sour cream are packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised. The invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
