FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of snack tinned food. Chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and diced. Potatoes and cucumbers are diced and blanched. Carrots are diced and blanched. Lettuce is sliced and frozen. Shrimp meat is diced. Fresh green pea is frozen. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with table salt and calcium lactate. Then produced mixture is packed up with mayonnaise added, tinned and sterilised. Production of tinned food of higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish is thus provided.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility.
