SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: chopping onions, sauting them in melted butter and grinding, slicing, blanching and grinding potatoes, freezing and grinding runner beans and greens, slicing and grinding beef, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with sour cream, bone broth, culinary salt and CO2-extract of hot black pepper, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation. The process enables production of preserves intended for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space which are characterised by enhanced digestibility properties as compared to traditional pre-cooked products of the kind.
