SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and concerns technology of production of general thromboplastin reagent, applied for human blood plasma test for prothrombin time. Offered method of production of general thromboplastin reagent of human placenta implies that human placenta is quintuple washed with purified water and triple washed with 0.9% sodium chloride solution to haemoglobin content in wash waters no more than 0.5 mg/ml, homogenised mechanically and with ultrasound of required mode till particles are produced no more than 0.02 mm, added with saccharose to produce 0.5 % solution, mixed and exposed to sublimation drying. Invention provides method of production of diagnostic general thromboplastin reagent of human placenta, characterised by high thromboplastic activity before and after sublimation drying.
