FIELD: sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention allows for creating uniform and proportional resistance to playing rod within the rod displacement limits, smooth controlling of the resistance value, determining and promoting development of conditional and coordination human abilities and adjusting proper load depending on the functional state of the individual. The above deice for muscles training to determine and develop conditional coordination human abilities consists of a power unit, control unit and program module. The power unit is comprised of a playing rod implemented so that to anticipate possibility of changing lever length - the operating part of playing rod, a handle with two knobs. The handle is connected to one end of playing rod, whereas the other end is implemented as a ball and placed in a cup creating friction-controlled medium of the ball. The medium is ensured by retention unit and two elements rubbing to ball. Both elements are located in the upper and lower parts of the cup. Resting upon fixed plate and ball, the rubbing elements adjoin that ball by means of retention unit. The retention unit is formed by two movable and one fixed plates, four drawbars, four tapered springs, pin, junction plate, draw pin with flat spot stretching along the whole length and guiding and pulling device. The latter device consists of a guiding element and pulling nut represented in the form of wing nut. The annular openings are made in ribbing elements, movable and fixed plates. The openings are made in the upper elements to move playing rod and in the lower elements to scan the ball surface by optical mouse included into the control unit and connected to PC via USB interface. Video and audio channels as well as cardiac contraction frequency measuring unit are also included into the control unit. The cardiac contraction frequency measuring unit is connected to LPT port of the system unit. 3D graphics software is used to display game scene PC in program unit. A butterfly is used as control object in the software to change spectral colour level. While butterfly moves towards the circle, it is accompanied by music. The software unit also includes service programs, information programs and mathematical programs.

EFFECT: creating uniform and proportional resistance to playing rod within rod displacement limits, smooth controlling of resistance value, determining and promoting development of conditional and coordination human abilities and adjusting proper load depending on functional individual state.
