FIELD: mechanical engineering; agriculture and other branches of economy; production of liquids spargers.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of sputtering devices made in the form of the flat spargers of the gas-drop flows and used in the fire-extinguishing installations, sanitary equipment, watering assemblies, and also for a decontamination, odor control and for application of different coatings. The liquids sparger contains the body, in which there is at least one delivery channel and the outlet slit channel with the open butt part. The delivery channel is connected with the slit channel from the side of its shut butt part and is placed at an angle to the plane of symmetry of the slit channel. The maximum size dch of the cross-section of the outlet opening of the delivery channel and the gap δ between the walls of the slit channel in the area of location of the delivery channel are selected from the following conditions:0.2dch ≤ δ ≤0.6dch; δ ≥0.6 mm. The delivery channels may have the equal length. The side walls of the outlet slit channel may be placed in parallel to each other. In the alternative version of the sparger the slit channel may be made in the form of a wedge expanding in the direction of the liquid stream run. The delivery channels may have the closed cavities made in the form of the channel branches in the area of the coupling of the delivery channel with the outlet slit channel. The shut butt section of the slit channel may be made in the arch form or formed by two planes traversing in the area of the outlet opening of the delivery channel. In one more version the shut butt section of the slit channel may be made in the form of the flat surface being in parallel to the outlet edge of the open butt section of the slit channel. The sparger may contain the movable deflector overlapping the side open butt section of the slit channel. Usage of the sparger allows to form a high-speed directed at the wide angel in space homogeneous flat flow of fine-dispersed drips of the liquid with the minimal angle of the flow expansion in the direction perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the slit channel.
EFFECT: the invention allows to form a high-speed directed at the wide angel in the space homogeneous flat flow of fine-dispersed drips of the liquid with the minimal angle of the flow expansion in the direction perpendicular to the plane of symmetry of the slit channel.
