FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to log frames consisting of a base, a main motion mechanism with a planetary converter of rotary motion into reciprocation, the said converter drive shaft crank accommodates a satellite gear rigidly fitted thereon, while an annular gear ring in mesh with the latter is mounted together with the saw frame lower cross bar. The saw frame upper cross bar accommodates hinged double-arm levers fixed by rockers mounted on the base. The second ends of the said double-arm levers swing together with connecting rods-pushers linked with the drive shaft cam via a lever-and-rod pair, or hinged directly to the drive shaft cams. Axle base between the drive shaft lengthwise axis and satellite axis differs from axle base between the satellite axis and that of the annular gear ring.
EFFECT: log frame increased efficiency.
