FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, primarily, to production of multilayer structures from composite materials and light alloys thermosetting at temperatures above ambient temperatures. Proposed method comprises assembling articles on shaping element, laying process package and fixing tight jacket over every multilayer article, evacuating and heating certain zones of multilayer articles. Measurement of temperatures of structure elements interacting with multilayer articles is performed for every article. Article is cured at thermosetting temperature and cooled down. Heating, curing and cooling are controlled by measuring multilayer article temperatures in n segments of shaping element (where n= 1, 2… i). Then, measured temperatures are periodically compared with required values in every segment. Required temperature exceeded, power of heater of i-th segment is decreased and visa versa.
EFFECT: shorter thermal treatment cycle, higher efficiency, lower costs.
