FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device for manufacturing of multi-layer products out of polymer composite materials includes: system of heating medium preparation, vacuum system, heating system, control system with thermal sensor, tight vessel heat insulated from environment, with tightly closed lid, inside it thin-wall circulating screen and support for formed product with forming element are located, process package and tight case. Device also has fan with motor, heat exchanger, tight vessel located vertically, and heating elements and fan are located in base of the tight vessel. At that the support is made as grid and is secured parallel to the base of the tight vessel, lid is secured at opposite side of the base of the tight vessel. Method of manufacturing of multi-layer product out of polymer composite materials includes assemblage of the multi-layer product on the forming element, process package laying, securing of tight elastic case, loading in the tight vessel heat insulated from environment with tightly closed lid. Then vacuuming of the volume under case is performed, chamber heating of entire tight vessel, holding and cooling under set program with periodic monitoring of the product temperature and comparison with required values during forming. Vacuuming is performed directly after the process package and elastic tight case laying, and is maintained in the tight case. Pressure is changed during the forming. At that heating, holding and cooling are controlled by oriented from annular space laminar flow of the heating medium reflected from lid uniformly from all sides of the product.

EFFECT: reduced duration of heat treatment cycle, increased coefficient of effective use of thermal power generated by system of equipment heating, reduced labour intensity of products manufacturing, increased quality of products and production safety, reduced prime cost of products.
