FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of construction and namely to the framework building with prestressing of reinforcement and the device for heating-up of grouted channels in the framework columns. Electric heating of sand-cement mixture in the channels of the framework columns is performed by means of electric heating elements from one or several insulated or nickel-chromium or tungsten or coal-fiber filament that are placed before grouting and form them in the channels either like a straight area or like a coil covering along the helical line previosuly strained ropes. Following grouting of the column with the sand-cement mixture electric heating elements are consequently or parallely connected to the DC or AC power supply, at this the temperature of each electric heating element is changed stepwise during heating within 40-60, 60-80, 80-100°C.

EFFECT: acceleration of the setting process of the sand-cement mixture in the channels and of possibility to perform construction works in the conditions of low temperatures.
