SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of snack preserved food. Method of preserved food production includes boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of cucumbers, cutting and freezing of lettuce, green onions and potherbs, cutting of calamari fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium acetate, mixing of sour cream and mayonnaise, packing of prepared mixtures, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
