SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of snack tinned food. Formula components are prepared. Prepared eggs are boiled, peeled and diced. Onions are diced and blanched. Prepared lettuce, spring onions and greens are sliced and frozen. Filleted squid and pickled cucumbers are diced. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with table salt, calcium acetate and mustard. Prepared mixture is packed up with mayonnaise added, tinned and sterilised to produce end product.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
