SUBSTANCE: this device contains at least two intraocular lens fixation elements located in opposite segments of ring and locking IOL haptic elements. Ring fixation elements are designed as at least two elastic blades furnished with spacing gaps dimensionally similar to thickness of intraocular lens haptic element.
EFFECT: reduced postoperative complications associated with intracapsular ring implantation.
