SUBSTANCE: device has at least two members for fixing flexible intraocular lens, the members being manufactured as complex shape bends placed in opposite segments and forming loops having at least two coils separated with space between them and being in size close to flexible intraocular lens haptic means thickness allowing to fix flat haptic means in the space between the coils of flexible ring loops and secure stable postoperative lens position.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in performing extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular aphakia correction.
