FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine and medical equipment, namely to ophthalmosurgery and is intended for correction of aphakia after extracapcular cataract extraction. Construction of elastic intraocular lens (IOL) is such that length of plane haptic part exceeds size of posterior leaf of lens capsule sac (LCS) and haptic elements are bent in anterior-posterior direction, imitating recovery of ablated crystalline lens volume. Haptic elements have area of the smallest width, with haptic elements having in area of the smallest width and to distal edge. holes of mesh structure, which play role of markers for intra-operative making directed perpendicular to longitudinal IOL axis incisions between them Haptic elements have bifurcated end and when bent rest against anterior LCS leaf Method of intraocular lens implantation is realised by performing anterior continuous capsulorexis, cataract phacoemulsification and IOL implantation with endocapsular fixation Before operation LCS diameter is determined, cuts in form of incisions between holes in its mesh structure, directed perpendicular to longitudinal IOL axis, are made intra-operatively Cut length is dosed depending on required degree of LCS volume recovery, location of cuts being determined depending on LCS diameter.
EFFECT: application of group of inventions will make it possible to increase quality of LCS shape reconstruction, increase lens self-centering in eye due to possibility of regulating degree of bent of IOL haptic elements by intra-operative dosing their rigidity.
