FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: antigen contains mixed cells of virulent strains №№ 21, 145 Br. melitensis and 544 Br. abortus in ratio 1:1:1 inactivated by heating at temperature 60°C during 1 h. Vaccines based on this antigen, provide more than 70% of animal protection at infection with virulent culture of brucellosis agent within 3 months after immunisation.
EFFECT: improved efficiency.
