FIELD: biotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: method includes immunisation of rabbits with vaccine strain of brucella of B. abortus type with a single dose intravenously, dehematising of animals, inactivation of serum, cross absorption of serum with bacterial mass of heterologous type of brucella with its further incubation at 37°C for 2 hr, concentration of serum by means of centrifugation and addition of phenol as preservative. At the same time for immunisation of rabbits they use mixture (1:1) of suspension of vaccine strain B. abortus 19 B A with concentration of 3.0-5.0×109 m.c./ml, disinfected by boiling for 60 minutes, and suspension of live culture of the same strain B. abortus 19 B A with concentration of 3.0-5.0×109 m.c./ml in volume of 1 ml. After dehematising of animals serum is inactivated at 60-65°C for 1-1.5 hr. For cross absorption they use bacterial mass of strain B. melitensis 548.

EFFECT: preparation of brucellar monospecific serum anti-abortus with considerably reduced risk of biological danger of technological cycle with preservation of high specific activity and specificity.
