SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production method of brucellar monospecific serum anti-abortus, comprising immunization of rabbits with a single dose of strain B. abortus 19, bleeding of animals, cross absorption of serum by bacterial mass of heterological brucella species with its subsequent incubation at 37°C for 2 h, serum concentration by centrifugation, conservation and packaging, wherein immunization of rabbits is carried out subcutaneously in the dewlap area with suspension which represents a mixture of strain B. abortus 19 culture disinfected by boiling, with adjuvant MONTANIDE™ ISA 61 VG, experimental blood collection is conducted, triple blood collection and bleeding are carried out, a strain B. melitensis 565 is used as the heterological brucella species for adsorption.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensity, increased antiepidemic safety of the serum production process, doubled yield of the final product.
