SUBSTANCE: invention concerns a method of obtaining new condensed amino-1,3,5-triazines with gem-dimethyl group of the formula 
, where X-N-C=Y 
where R=H, R1=Me; R=Me, R1=H; 
where R=Ph, 3-pyridile, 4-pyridile. The method involves interaction of azaheterylguanidine of the formula 
with acetone in the presence of a catalyst, followed by extraction of the target products.
EFFECT: antifolate effect of the obtained compounds allowing their application as medicine.
