Preserved food is cooked by cutting, blanching and mincer grinding of onions, blanching and mincer grinding of carrots and chili, freezing and mincer grinding of string beans and coriander, chick-peas boiling until mass doubles and grinding in mincer, beef grinding in mincer, mixing of specified components with lemon juice, bone broth, tomato paste and table salt, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
