FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned first-course dishes for space feeding. Cans are manufactured by cutting, blanching and mincing onion, blanching and mincing carrots and chilli, freezing and mincing runner beans and cilantro, boiling chickpea up to double increase in mass, cutting and mincing beef. The above components are mixed with lemon juice, bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2 extract of the specified micromitset biomass. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
