FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry and may be used in production of preserved concentrates of dinner dishes. Method includes preparation of recipe components. Prepared onions and ginger are cut and blanched. Prepared pork is cut and chopped. Specified components are mixed with hen's eggs, vegetable oil and table salt to prepare minced meat. Minced meat is formed to shape meat balls. Prepared fresh green peas is subjected to freezing, preferably slow one, and then mixed without oxygen access with cognac, soy sauce, table salt and sodium glutamate. Meat balls, prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised to prepare finished product.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
