SUBSTANCE: method of cans manufacturing involves cutting and chopping pork, cutting and blanching onions, chopping fish fillets, cutting ham and smoked pork products, mixing the above components with chicken eggs, rice wine and table salt producing minced meat, its forming into balls, cutting and freezing spinage and mixing it without oxygen access with melted fat and table salt, packing the balls, obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new cans of increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
