FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method provides preparation of recipe components according to traditional technology. Prepared onions and ginger are cut and blanched. Prepared pork is cut and chopped. Prepared components are mixed with hen's eggs, vegetable oil and table salt to make minced meat. Minced meat is shaped to make meat balls. Prepared fresh green peas are subject to freezing, preferably slow freezing, and then mixed without access of oxygen with rice vodka, soya sauce, table salt and natrium glutamate. Meat balls, prepared mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised with preparation of finished product.
EFFECT: increase of culinary dish assimilability.
