SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of meat and vegetable preserved food for space meals. Method includes preparation of recipe components, cutting of chicken meat, its frying in melted butter and grinding in mincer. Onions, garlic and paprika are cut, browned in melted butter and ground in mincer. Fresh green peas are frozen and ground in mincer. Rice is boiled until mass doubles and ground. Specified components are mixed with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of red hot pepper, marjoram and anise. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, they are sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
