Method of preserved food production includes hen's eggs boiling, peeling and grinding in mincer, cucumbers cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, green onions and potherbs freezing and grinding in mincer, kvass boiling, mixing of specified components with sour cream, "Ocean" paste, table salt and CO2-extract of biomass of preset type of micromycete, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
