SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to technology of manufacturing canned first-course dishes for space feeding. The method of cans manufacturing involves boiling, shelling and mincing chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and mincing potatoes and cucumbers, freezing and mincing bunching onion and dill, mincing squid fillet, boiling kvass, mixing the above components with sour cream, sugar, table salt and CO2 extracts of the specified micromitset biomass and mustard, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with high digestibility.
