SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of preserved concentrates of dinner first course dishes. Method of preserved food production includes boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes, freezing and chopping of spinach and sorrel, cutting and freezing of green onions and dill, cutting of sea scallop meat, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with sour cream, sugar and table salt, packing of prepared mixture and drinking water, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
