FIELD: food products, canned food production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing canned first-course dishes for space feeding. Method of cans production involves boiling, shelling and mincing chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and grating potatoes, freezing and cutting sorrel and spinage, cutting, blanching and mincing cucumbers, freezing and mincing bunching onion and dill, mincing squid fillet, mixing the above components with sour cream, drinking water, sugar and table salt, packing the obtained mix in aluminum tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation. This allows manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
