FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food preparation includes boiling, peeling and mincer crushing of hen's eggs, cutting, blanching and mincer crushing of potatoes, freezing and chopping of spinach and sorrel, freezing and mincer crushing of green onions and dill, crushing of scallop meat in mincer, mixing of specified components with sour cream, drinking water, sugar, tables salt and CO2-extract of biomass of preset type of micromycete, packing of prepared mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
