FIELD: production method of food products.
SUBSTANCE: production method of special purposed preserves stipulates preparation of receipt components, boiling, pilling and shredding of eggs, blanching and grating of potatoes, freezing and chopping of spinach and sorrel, cutting, blanching and shredding of cucumbers, freezing and shredding of green onion and dill greens, shredding of calamari fillets. Listed components are mixed with dour cream, fresh water, sugar, salt and CO2- extract of biomass micromicete of Pythium and Mortierella. Received mixture is packed in aluminum tubes with stated components consumption.
EFFECT: preserves for cosmic feeding have improved digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
