FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented by hen's eggs boiling, peeling and mincing. Potatoes are cut, blanched and strained, cucumbers are cut, blanched and minced. Green onion is frozen and minced, sorrel and spinach is frozen and chopped. Meat is cut and minced. Specified components are mixed with sour cream, drinking water, sugar and table salt. The received mix is packed in aluminium tubas at the certain outflow capacity of components. Then hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
