SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of preserved concentrates of dinner first courses. Method of preserved food production includes boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting, blanching and rubbing of potatoes, freezing and chopping of spinach and sorrel, cutting and blanching of cucumbers, cutting and freezing of green onions and dill, cutting of calamari fillet, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with sour cream, sugar and table salt, packing of prepared mixture and drinking water, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
