FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: tinned food is made by blanching and cut of dried porcini, blanching and shredding of garlic, shredding of salted pork fat and mixing the listed ingredients with salt and black pepper to get mince. Pork is cut and chopped, minced meat is placed on it, rolls are made and fried in cooking butter. Potato is cut and fried in melted fat, raw onions and beet are cut and browned in margarine, string beans are cut and frozen, wheat flour is browned in margarine. Potatoes, raw onions, beet, string beans, wheat flour, sour-cream, sugar, salt and black pepper are mixed without access for oxygen to get side dish. Rolls, side dish and mushroom broth are packed, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
