SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stomatology and can be used for restoration of upper frontal tooth using contour reinforcing framework in case of defect of crown part with skew towards palatine side. By means of composite materials, contour of crown part from vestibular side and contour of palatine surface of crown part are formed. Reconstruction of longitudinal toruses is performed with formation of contact sites of triangular form so that triangular base is closer to dental cervix, and tooth point is closer to cutting edge, base of triangular is not longer than dental tubercule width. Cavity of 0.5 mm in depth is formed on the palatine surface of crown part, 1-2 mm from boundaries of contour of crown part palatine surface. Contour reinforcing framework is fixed in the formed cavity. Final reconstruction of palatine surface of crown part is performed by means of macrofilled composite material.
EFFECT: increased durability and longevity of restoration of upper frontal tooth using contour reinforcing framework in case of defect of crown part with skew towards palatine side.
