FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmacology and cosmetology, namely to external biologically active medicines. The gel production method includes aqueous solution preparation of either electrolytic silver in concentration of 20 mg/l (variant one), or thymic peptides in concentration of 20 mg/l and then adding electrolytic silver aqueous solution to concentration of 2 mg/l (variant two). To the obtained solution the activated sorbitol (i.e. sobitol, dried in presence of lecithin alcoholic solution) is added. Then xanthane gum, the gelatinisation agent, is added with steering, whereupon the mix is incubated in refrigerator with subsequent steering. Variant three of the gel production includes mixing both of mentioned above solutions in 1:1 weight ratio.
EFFECT: therapeutic efficacy rising of external biologically active medicines in treatment for skin diseases.
