METHOD OF OBTAINING LIPOSOMAL MICRONUTRIENTS Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61K9/127 A61K47/10 A61K47/24 A61K47/26

Abstract RU 2805756 C1

FIELD: pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of liposomal micronutrients. The method of obtaining liposomal micronutrients includes preparing a solution with trihydric alcohol, preparing an aqueous solution in a 1:1 ratio to trihydric alcohol, then combining the resulting aqueous solution with the prepared solution with trihydric alcohol and subjecting to homogenization with cutter knives at a rotation frequency of 15–25 Hz for 15÷30 minutes, and then subjecting the combined solutions to ultrasonic treatment with an ultrasonic intensity of up to 250 W/cm2 and an operating frequency from 10 to 23 kHz, with constant recirculation in the homogenizer, for 40÷360 min at vacuum from 50 to 10 kPa. Fat-soluble nutrients are added when preparing a solution with trihydric alcohol, and water-soluble nutrients are introduced into the aqueous solution before combining it with the previously obtained solution with trihydric alcohol. To prepare a solution with trihydric alcohol, in 2 parts of trihydric alcohol 3.3÷60.6% phospholipid is dissolved with the addition of ethylene sorbitan 8÷10% of the total mass of trihydric alcohol and phospholipid and mixed in a homogenizer with cutter knives at a rotation frequency of 10–15 Hz for 15÷20 minutes, then the mixture is subjected to ultrasonic treatment with an ultrasonic intensity of up to 250 W/cm2 and an operating frequency from 10 to 23 kHz, with constant recirculation through the homogenizer for 40÷180 min at vacuum from 50 to 10 kPa.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to encapsulate both hydrophilic, water-soluble micronutrients and hydrophobic, fat-soluble micronutrients in a liposome in the form of a nanostructured carrier.
