FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes the method of emulsification which allows to obtain emulsion systems functional oil/water or the functional granules/waters improved in relation to thermal stability and long-term stability and which can accomplish emulsification and dispersion of functional oil and functional granules independent of the value of Erforderlich "ГЛБ" of oil or superficial properties of granules. In the given method emulsifying dispersant is used, which contains vesicules as the basic component, formed from an amphiphilic substance capable of self-aggregation. The emulsifying dispersant containing separate particles of biopolymer as the basic component is used.
EFFECT: improved thermal stability and long-term stability.
