FIELD: transportation, engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: machine incorporates a feed mechanism to deliver a continuous strip section, a crosswise cutting unit, a lengthwise cutting unit, transport system to consecutively receive folded cutoff strips and move them in diverging flows, endless belt conveyors and applicators. The method of folding and applying the folded strips incorporates feeding the strip roll, cutting the strips off the roll, folding them along, at least, one folding line, carrying the said strips in two flows and applying them onto products moved also in two flows.
EFFECT: updating the strip folding continuous flow process.
