FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be used in stomatology at fabricating of frameworks of teeth crowns and bridges subject to following coating with ceramic materials characterised with a range of medium value of thermal ratio of linear expansion (TRLE) as 13.5-14.5×10-6K-1 within the temperature range of 250-550°C. To achieve a high degree of purity of the alloy, having a simple composition of initial components, and to increase output of a suitable alloy it contains, mass.% chromium 25.0-28.60; molybdenum 5.20-5.90; silicon 0.66-0.90; carbon 0.40-0.80; manganese 0.20-0.50; cobalt constitutes the remaining percentage. Melting of charge materials of high purity is carried out under the protective slag at a specific power of 3-5 kilowatt per one kg of charge within 20-25 minutes. Tapping is performed into a quartz pipe by means of vacuum suction; one end of the pipe is drowned through slag under the level of melt at a depth of not less than 40 mm, while via the other end of the pipe by means of evacuation metal is lifted at a height of not less than 400mm. The invention allows producing the alloy with a minimum amount of harmful impurities not exceeding 0.2%.
EFFECT: obtaining alloy with minimum amount of harmful impurities not exceeding 0,2%.
