SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in compensation units of coordinate system of a land vehicle. Compensation unit (122) of coordinate system is connected to a GPS receiver (102). At that, compensation unit (122) is correcting coordinates of an object under control according to the GPS data and measurements of movement direction of the object featuring yaw angle measurement device (116). Positioning system can be provided with yaw angle compensation for land vehicles.
EFFECT: extension of functional capabilities.
