SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to technology of fish and vegetable preserved food production for space meals. Method of preserved food production includes carp fillet cutting, coating with wheat flour, frying in melted butter and grinding in mincer, leek cutting, browning in melted butter and grinding in mincer, green onions freezing and grinding in mincer, garlic ricing and browning in melted butter, mixing of specified components with fish broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of preset micromycete type biomass and black bitter pepper, prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
