SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in treatment of patients with knee meniscus injury. Injured part of a meniscus is fixed to the joint capsule at the edge of condyle of tibia without penetration into the joint cavity in intraperiosteal manner.
EFFECT: preservation of physiological trophism of meniscus.
