SUBSTANCE: invention concerns obtaining reagents sensitive to endotoxins of gram-negative bacteria, and can be applied in endotoxin permissible content control in different media, including raw food material. The method involves taking hemolymph from crabs of Paralithodes genus, its conservation, extraction of amoebocytes from the hemolymph by centrifugal separation, extraction of amoebocyte enzymes by destruction of their envelopes, with further centrifugal separation and lyophilic drying of lysate. Amoebocite envelopes are destroyed by dialysis against purified depyrogenised water alkalinised up to pH 8.0 for 24 hours at the temperature of 4-6°C, changing water every 12 hours. Before lyophilic drying a 25% magnesium sulphate solution is added to the lysate.

EFFECT: possibility to use game animal haemolymph as source material.
