SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Disclosed is an industrial method of producing a biologically active preparation of recombinant exo-beta-N-acetylglucosaminidase StrH (β-N-GlcNAcase StrH) produced in accordance with GMP rules. Method includes consecutive stages of metal chelate chromatography for sorption of target protein with hexahistidine tag; gel filtration in breakthrough mode to purify the target protein from contaminating impurities of cell proteins which are coelaxing with the target protein at all steps; anion-exchange chromatography on sorbent, optimized for capture and purification of proteins with high molecular weight; hydrophobic chromatography, where the contaminant impurities of hydrophobic proteins and bacterial endotoxins are purified.

EFFECT: method is suitable for use at the remodeling step in preparing the therapeutically functional preparations of glycoproteins with given properties, as well as for developing tools for high-sensitivity analysis of glycan chains of glycoproteins of plant tissues, animals and eukaryotic microorganisms.
