SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy and can be used for fabricating tool for tillage. Steel contains, mass %: carbon 0.3-0.5; silicon 0.7-1.3; manganese 0.7-1.3; chromium 2.0-2.3; aluminium 0.08-0.12; calcium 0.008-0.012; boron 0.08-0.12; titanium 0.1-0.2; copper 0.3-0.7; molybdenum 2.0-3.0; zirconium 0.3-0.5; tellurium 0.0002-0.0004, the rest being iron.
EFFECT: upgraded steel resistance to abrasive wear.
