FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns highly efficient fluid chromatography, particularly methods of defining assay of multicomponent medicines of antipyretic, analgesic, anticatarrhal effect, and can be applied in controlling and analytical laboratories of pharmaceutical enterprises and drugstore chains. To define assay of all drug components at one time the analysis is performed in reverse-phase isocratic mode with concentrations of acetonitryl and monosubstituted potassium phosphate in mobile phase within 4÷6% (volume) and 0.09÷0.12% (mass-volume) respectively.
EFFECT: improved repeatability of quantitative results of optimal peak separation for analgin, paracetamol, caffeine, Phenobarbital, analgin decomposition product and codeine by a single-stage method.
