FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns highly efficient fluid chromatography, particularly methods of defining assay of multicomponent medicines of antipyretic, analgesic, anticatarrhal effect, and can be applied in controlling and analytical laboratories of pharmaceutical enterprises and drugstore chains. To define simultaneously assay of all components of a drug containing analgin, caffeine, codeine, Phenobarbital and naproxen in relatively large and small quantities (in ratio of 37:1), the analysis is performed in the mode of linear acetonitryl concentration gradient in mobile phase during the whole analysis process, with concentration of monosubstituted potassium phosphate sustained permanent 0.004-0.008 M during the whole analysis process.
EFFECT: single-stage method providing complete peak separation for codeine, caffeine, analgin and its decomposition product.
