FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components. Chicken meat is cut and fried in melted fat. Corn bread and pumpkin seeds are ground in mincer and fried in melted fat. Chili is ground in mincer and browned in melted fat. Green onions and coriander are frozen and ground in mincer. Specified components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt and black bitter pepper. Prepared mixture and bone broth are packed in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserved food with higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
